Shipping and Returns
Do you collect sales tax?
We are obligated to collect and remit state sales tax for the state you live with every sale
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you noticed you placed the wrong order, contact our team at support@pawfectnapper.com as soon as possible for further instructions. In most cases, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. However we are able to provide a return shipping label and then a full refund or exchange after we receive the returned product and all conditions are met. See our refund policy.
How long before I receive my order?
It take 1-3 business days to process and ship the order. Shipping until delivery takes between 6-10 business days. See shipping policy

Where is my order?
An email with your order tracking number was sent to you when your order was shipped. If you have trouble locating that email, please reach out to our team at support@pawfectnapper.com, and we will look into it
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Flat rate of $3.99 for order under $75
I put in the wrong address, what can I do?
Email support@pawfectnapper.com with subject titled 'URGENT - change address', If the error is noticed as soon as possible and an amendment can be made. If order has been processed, the team will work with you to have the order redirected when possible

Are the beds machine washable?
Our beds have removable covers that are machine washable. We recommend washing the covers in cold water on a gentle cycle
Can I use a dryer after washing?
We advise tumble dry on low heat or preferable hang to dry. We want to maintain the soft and comfortable feeling on the bed covers for your lovely pets
What is the Pawfect Calming bed made of?
Beds are made of 100% Hypo-allergenic polyester microfiberfill that guarantees a soft, comfortable, washable, and durable bed for your pets

We have an extensive list to guide you in the size chart on product page. Please note, individual pets may vary from their assumed sizes
